Blog Plantar Fasciitis: What a pain in the foot

f you've never heard of plantar fasciitis, then you are likely to be one of the lucky people that have never had it (or you just know it as "Policeman's heel"). If you have had it, then you'll know all too well just how debilitating it can be.

I've seen it more in girls and most frequently mid-summer to mid-autumn, which may sound strange, but I have a few theories as to why and a few suggestions on things you can try to help it and how to prevent it.

Why Back Pain Comes With Age And How To Treat It

The short answer is that back pain doesn’t come with age. Or rather that it doesn’t come BECAUSE of age. The AGE isn’t the issue, it’s how it’s been used over time.

As we get older things definitely seem to groan and creak a little more and we seek back pain treatments. Sometimes we are told “It’s your age. It’s to be expected. You’ll just have to live with it”, and unfortunately it’s easy to believe that this is true.
